Where your health destiny is in your hands. At Destiny Health, care is centered on understanding the whole person, not just isolated symptoms. We offer affordable monthly membership options for individuals and families, providing access to integrative primary and urgent care through a more personalized, accessible model. Membership includes an annual physical, unlimited in-person and virtual visits, and direct access to your primary care provider. Each patient is supported as an active partner in their care, with personalized guidance designed to restore balance, improve energy, and support long-term vitality.

This approach removes many of the barriers of traditional insurance-based care, including copays, deductibles, rushed appointments, and time spent in waiting rooms, while allowing for more consistent and meaningful communication. Patients are able to connect through a secure portal messaging system, with text and phone access available for urgent concerns.

Meet April Parker PA-C

April Parker, PA-C, earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from A.T. Still University in Arizona, graduating in 1999. She began her career in family medicine under the mentorship of an experienced osteopathic physician who practiced traditional, relationship-based medicine, including house calls and multi-generational care. This foundation deeply shaped her approach to patient care.

She went on to practice in both family medicine and urgent care, ultimately transitioning into urgent care to better support her family while homeschooling her five children. Over the course of her clinical experience, she developed a broader perspective on healthcare, recognizing that conventional allopathic medicine represents only one part of a much larger picture of health and healing.

April is passionate about integrative, patient-centered care and creating space for informed decision-making, autonomy, and individualized treatment approaches. Her work is guided by a deep respect for personal liberty, informed consent, and supporting patients in making healthcare decisions that align with their values and circumstances.

Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys camping, gardening, traveling, and reading. She values time with her family, including cruising with her husband and reading aloud with her children. She considers it a privilege to serve patients and their families and to support them on their health journeys.

Membership Information

In addition to clinical care, Destiny Health partners with Optimal Health Systems, Evexia, and Function Health labs to support comprehensive testing and individualized care at significantly reduced self-pay rates. Advanced functional lab panels that may otherwise cost $1,500 can often be completed for $150–$200 because of this partnership.
Membership includes discounted pricing when paid in advance: 5% off for six months paid upfront and 10% off for twelve months paid upfront.
A one-time registration fee equal to one month’s membership is required (waived for returning patients).
Insurance is not accepted; however, patients are encouraged to maintain major medical insurance or participate in a health-sharing co-op for catastrophic coverage.
